Privacy policy

Grade Ruler collects no data. There is no analytics, no advertising, no account, and no server. Nothing you type in the app is transmitted anywhere, because the app has no way to transmit it.
What the app stores
The app remembers your last settings (number of questions, grading scale, decimal places, vibration, appearance and language) so you do not have to set them again. These stay in the app's own storage on your device. They are removed when you uninstall the app, and they are never sent anywhere.
Student names, scores and anything else you enter while grading are not stored at all. They exist only while the app is open.
Permissions and network
The app requests no permissions. On Android it declares none at all, not even internet access. You can verify this on the Google Play listing under permissions. On iOS it ships with no usage descriptions and no capabilities.
Every feature works in airplane mode, because every feature works offline.
Analytics and advertising
There are none. No third-party SDK is embedded in the app. No crash reporter, no measurement library, no advertising network. Both stores show this as “Data Not Collected” and “No data collected” on the app's page.
This website has no analytics either, and sets no cookies. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a third party.
If you email us
The app has a Send feedback button that opens your own email app with a message already addressed to feedback@hernandestech.com. Nothing is sent until you send it.
That draft includes your app version, operating system version and device model, shown above your typing area so you can read or delete them before sending. They are there because the app collects nothing automatically, and without them a bug report is often impossible to investigate.
If you write to us, we keep your message and address only to reply and to fix what you reported. We do not add you to any list and do not share it. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Children
The app is a tool for teachers and is rated for all ages. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13, because it collects no personal information at all. It has no accounts, no registration, no messaging and no third-party content.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it, and the previous version stays available in the app's public source history. A change that affects what the app collects would also require an app update, which is visible in the store's release notes.
